On November 20, Rep. Carbajal reflected on recent weather events affecting the Central Coast, stating: "When winter storms hit the Central Coast, local agencies worked tirelessly to keep our communities safe. As I told the Montecito Water District, I’m committed to passing disaster aid through Congress to ensure our communities & farmers get the relief they need to rebuild."
