NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF INFORMATION
ACCOUNT INFORMATION RELATED TO
LOCAL AGENCY IMPROVEMENT FEES
Notice Issue Date: December 21, 2021
Notice is hereby given that, as of the date noted above, the City of San Luis Obispo has made available to the public a draft report entitled:
FY 2020-21 ANNUAL REPORT ON DEVELOPER IMPACT FEES PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 66001 (AB 1600)
The notice is provided in accordance with Section 66006 (b)(2) of the California Government Code. The final report shall be considered by the City Council at the following public meeting:
When: Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at 6:00 p.m.
Where: Teleconference – webinar details will be available on the published agenda

Public comment, prior to the start of the meeting, may be submitted in writing via U.S. Mail delivered to the City Clerk’s office at 990 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401 or by email to emailcouncil@slocity.org.
While the Council encourages public participation, growing concern about the COVID-19 pandemic has required that public meetings be held via teleconference. Meetings can be viewed on Government Access Channel 20 or streamed live from the City’s YouTube Channel at http://youtube.slo.city.
This notice will be posted on December 21, 2021 by 5:00 p.m. on the City’s bulletin board, located in front of City Hall, on the door of the Finance Department, and on the City’s website www.slocity.org.
