Rep. Salud Carbajal, who has been serving California's 24th district in the U.S. Congress since 2017, shared his views on various issues through a series of tweets on March 26, 2025. His statements addressed topics such as gender pay disparity, national security concerns under former President Trump, and reproductive health care.

On March 26, Rep. Carbajal highlighted the issue of gender pay inequality by stating: "Imagine putting in the same hours and the same effort, only to be handed a fraction of the paycheck. That’s the reality for women in America." He expressed solidarity with the Democratic Women's Caucus in their fight for fair wages for all women.

Later that day, he criticized former President Trump and his National Security Council regarding classified information handling: "Trump and his National Security Counsel twisting the narrative that this wasn’t classified information is an absolute slap in the face to our servicemembers who risk their lives for this country." Carbajal emphasized the need for stronger leadership and vowed to continue demanding accountability.

In another tweet posted on March 26, Carbajal addressed plans by Trump's administration to freeze family planning grants: "The Trump admin’s plan to freeze family planning grants is a direct attack on reproductive health care, especially for low-income communities." He affirmed his commitment to opposing these measures alongside colleagues from ReproCaucus.
