Census Bureau: 78.4 percent of people in Atascadero City were old enough to vote in 2019

Of the 30,130 citizens living in Atascadero City in 2019, 23,613 were old enough to vote as of Feb. 11, according to U.S. Census Bureau data.

The bureau reported 11,732 of those people were female and 11,881 were male.

Data for this story was compiled from the bureau’s American Community Survey. Information from the survey helps to determine how federal and state funds are distributed.
