Of the 31,480 people living in El Paso de Robles (Paso Robles) city in 2020, 51.9 percent (16,351) were women and 48.1 percent (15,129) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SLO Reporter.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 52. In the 65 and over age range, there were 3,390 females and 2,294 males.
