Salud Carbajal, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing California's 24th district, has been vocal on several issues through his social media platform. He addressed international and domestic concerns in a series of tweets.

On February 19, 2025, Carbajal commented on the ongoing conflict involving Ukraine and Russia. "Ukraine is not, as Donald Trump claims, responsible for Russia's invasion. Russia is." Carbajal emphasized his support for Ukraine by sharing his personal experiences from visiting Kyiv and interacting with local soldiers and civilians. He affirmed his commitment to stand with Ukraine despite differing views from other leaders.

Later that day, Carbajal addressed privacy concerns regarding data protection. In a tweet posted at 20:50 UTC, he stated, "Los multimillonarios no electos no deberían tener acceso a sus datos privados." He announced his collaboration with House Democrats to introduce the Ley de Protección de Datos del Contribuyente aimed at safeguarding personal information.

On February 20, 2025, Carbajal highlighted California's housing crisis as a priority for Congress. "Tackling California's housing crisis remains one of my top priorities this Congress," he tweeted after meeting with members of the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors to discuss strategies for reducing costs and barriers to homeownership.
