San Miguel Joint Union School District's schools enrolled 655 students in the 2022-23 school year, 3.1% more than the previous year, according to the California Department of Education.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2022-23 school year, 53% of them were boys, and 47% were girls.

The most represented ethnicity among San Miguel Joint Union School District students was white, accounting for 31.2% of the student population.
