The City of Clovis is now taking applications for it’s housing rehabilitation programs for low income, owner occupied households in Clovis. The programs provide financial assistance to correct health and safety issues in your home. Typical eligible repairs include roof leaks, air conditioning or heating repairs, as well as flooring, accessibility, painting, and bathroom repairs. The City offers both a grant and loan program, depending on the level of repairs needed at your home.
