Council Meeting "Open For Business" Ongoing Slideshow

Atascadero Fall Festival Recap -

  • The big Fall Festival event held here at City Hall and Sunken Gardens this past weekend was a great success!
  • This event was two years in the making, with numerous discussions and lots of planning and preparation going on between the City and En Fuego Events during that time;
  • ATBID was a sponsor of the event, along with many other local businesses;
  • The City has worked well with En Fuego on previous events, like the Central Coast Craft Beer Festival, and we anticipated that this one could also be very successful;
  • Advertising of the event by En Fuego was focused on outside of the local area and the City picked up promotions locally on our own Social Media, website pages, with radio coverage and by distributing flyers to the local businesses. We also worked with the School District during the preparation and planning stages, and to help us get the word out to parents and students.
  • The event brought people into town to fill up hotel rooms for the weekend; and a portion of the proceeds benefit the Friends of the Charles Paddock Zoo!
  • The City will be working on bringing the Festival here again next year – so SAVE THE DATE: Nov 18, 19, 20, 2022!
