Dr. Benjamin Andrew was Named the 2023 USK Commencement Speaker
Dr. Ben Andrew, Ed.D is a U.S. Navy Veteran with over 15 years of professional experience, driving dramatic results in various capacities. As a professional, he’s worked with notable organizations such as the County of Riverside, California, Jacobs Technology, NASA, BAE Systems, and the Department of the Navy. He is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Business, Management, and Economics at USK.
He holds a Masters’s degree in Business Administration (Strayer University), a Masters’s degree in Theological Studies (Liberty University), and a Doctor of Education (Ed.D) with an emphasis in Organizational Development (Grand Canyon University). His doctoral research focuses on the emotional management of military Veterans transitioning to the civilian workforce. Dr. Andrew is an author, professor, and Certified Safety Professional.
Dr. Andrew is also the founder of the Ethan Bradley Group, LLC. He is a sought-after motivational speaker on the topic of professional development, fatherhood, faith in practice, and the veteran-to-civilian transition.
