Lucia Mar Unified School District's schools enrolled 9,590 students in the 2022-23 school year, 2.1% less than the previous year, according to the California Department of Education.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2022-23 school year, 52.4% of them were boys, and 47.4% were girls.

The most represented ethnicity among Lucia Mar Unified School District students was white, accounting for 41.8% of the student population.
