Last year, Congress passed and the President signed into law the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 (IRA), which contains drug pricing provisions that will severely impact our industry. This webinar will dive into the three Parts of the Prescription Drug Pricing Reform: Medicare Prescription Drug Price Negotiation, Prescription Drug Inflation Rebates, and Medicare Part D Benefit Redesign.
We will be joined by Ken Choe, Partner, Global Regulatory, Hogan Lovells, who will walk us through the Prescription Drug Pricing Reform, current implementation status, and answer questions from participants. Ken Choe has been actively involved in all aspects of the law, including engaging with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services on implementation processes.
