The Law Office of Marc J. Schwartz, an Encino based law firm, and Lagerlof, LLP, the largest law firm in Pasadena, are pleased to announce they have merged, effective July 1, 2022. The combined law firms will operate under the name Lagerlof, LLP.
The firms came together based on their shared values and commitment to the needs of their clients. Together Lagerlof, LLP has over 125 years of law firm history and nearly 1,000 years of combined attorney experience. Marc Schwartz will become Of Counsel in the firm.
Lagerloff, LLP will be operating in the same Encino location where the Law Offices of Marc J. Schwartz previously existed and all staff will remain in their current roles in the newly merged office.
With this merger, not only will the Law Office of Marc J. Schwartz clients continue to experience high level, intimate estate planning services, but now clients will have access to expanded areas of practice, including corporate & tax, public agency, elder law, litigation, private fiduciary, insolvency, intellectual property, employment, real estate, and banking & financial services.
The firms will integrate their operations over the course of 2022.
