Of the 2,630 people living in Cayucos CDP in 2019, 49.6 percent (1,305) were women and 50.4 percent (1,325) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SLO Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 715-to-676. In the 65 and over age range, there were 446 females and 505 males.
