San Luis Obispo County Education: Which school had most students enrolled in 2023-24 school year?

Paso Robles High School had the highest enrollment among San Luis Obispo County schools, welcoming 2,037 students during the 2023-24 school year, according to the California Department of Education.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2023-24 school year, 52.3% were boys, 47.6% were girls, and 0.1% identified themselves as non-binary or did not specify their gender.

The most represented ethnicity among Paso Robles High School students was white, accounting for 37.2% of the student population.

Among the 80 schools in San Luis Obispo County, Arroyo Grande High School ranked second in enrollment numbers with 1,976 students, while San Luis Obispo High School welcomed 1,650 students and ranked third in the 2023-24 school year.

Paso Robles High School is part of Paso Robles Joint Unified School District, which roughly covers schools within San Luis Obispo County and has a main office in Paso Robles.

In the previous school year, Paso Robles High School also had the largest number of students among San Luis Obispo County schools.
