He continues to show us that he’s not capable of running the Pentagon and his incompetence is putting our servicemembers and national security at risk. Salud Carbajal has been a congressional representative since 2017, previously serving on the Santa Barbara County Board of Supervisors. Born in 1964 in Moroleón, Guanajuato, Carbajal lives in Santa Barbara and is a University of California, Santa Barbara alumnus.
