On Sunday, March 16, former Templeton High School standout Quincy Winkler’s current college team, the Cal Poly Mustangs, won 9-0 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Long Beach State Beach.

The game took place at Bohl Diamond at Blair Field. This was their third matchup against the Beach this season.

The Mustangs’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 21 at 6 p.m. at Baggett Stadium against Oregon State Beavers.
