On Saturday, Feb. 22, former Morro Bay High School standout Peyton Schemmer’s current college team, the Syracuse Orange, lost 8-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Georgia Bulldogs.
The game took place at Jack Turner Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Bulldogs this season.
The Orange’s next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 23 at 10:30 a.m. at Jack Turner Softball Stadium against Appalachian State Mountaineers.
