On Saturday, April 5, former Morro Bay High School standout Peyton Schemmer’s current college team, the Syracuse Orange, won 3-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets.
The game took place at Shirley Clements Mewborn Field. This was their third matchup against the Jackets this season.
The Orange’s next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 9 at 4:05 p.m. at Niemand Robison Field against Cornell Big Red.
