Paso Robles invites residents to discuss city budget at April 30 community event

The City of Paso Robles announced on April 22 that it will host a public event, “Coffee with the City,” on Thursday, April 30 at 7:30 a.m. The meeting will take place in the Patina Room at Cal Coast Brewery, located at 1346 Railroad Street in downtown Paso Robles.

The event aims to give community members an opportunity to learn about and discuss the upcoming city budget for Fiscal Years 2026–2028. According to the announcement, attendees will hear an overview of budget priorities, major policy topics, planned capital improvement projects, and financial projections for the coming year. The session is designed to help residents understand how these decisions impact Paso Robles.

“Coffee with the City” is described as an informative and informal meeting series intended to provide insight into current issues and projects involving the city. Each session focuses on a specific topic and includes a presentation by city staff followed by a question-and-answer discussion. Sessions are scheduled for one hour.

During this particular session, city staff will walk through major projects currently underway as well as those planned for the future. Residents are encouraged to ask questions and share their thoughts during the discussion period.

No preregistration is required for attendance and coffee will be provided. All community members are welcome.
