The City of Paso Robles will hold a public discussion on food truck regulations during the City Council meeting scheduled for Tuesday, December 16, 2025. The meeting will take place at 6:00 p.m. in the Norris Room at Centennial Park, located at 600 Nickerson Drive.
The council will review recommendations from the Food Truck Ad Hoc Committee and discuss findings from two committee meetings. City staff are set to present an overview of the existing municipal code section that regulates food trucks and food truck courts, as well as provide analysis on the subject. Community members will have an opportunity to share their input during the session.
Food trucks in Paso Robles are defined by city code as vending vehicles selling food or beverages from an operable motorized coach or trailer with current Department of Motor Vehicles registration and a valid food safety permit recognized by San Luis Obispo County Environmental Health Services Division.
