Access to City Hall and library facilities in Paso Robles will change as a remodel project begins, according to city officials. The full details of the remodel can be found at www.prcity.com/1264/City-Hall-Remodel.

Starting immediately, visitors seeking access to the Paso Robles Library and public restrooms should use the double doors facing 11th Street. Those needing services from the temporary City Hall public service counter are directed to enter through the double doors accessible from the parking lot on 10th Street. There will be no through-access in the City Hall/Library lobby during construction.

Beginning Friday, November 21, 2025, parts of the City Hall parking lot will close due to ongoing construction activity. A site plan with more information is available from city sources.

The city states that these changes are intended “to keep public services safely accessible while construction is underway by clearly directing visitors to the correct entry points and reducing mixing of public and construction traffic.”

Telephone and email contacts for all departments remain unchanged, and there will be no interruption in services.

“The City appreciates the patience and cooperation of residents, staff, and visitors during this transition. The remodel is a long-term investment to modernize the facility, improve safety and accessibility, and better serve the community,” according to a statement from city officials.
