On Friday, Feb. 14, former Morro Bay High School standout Peyton Schemmer’s current college team, the Syracuse Orange, won 10-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the LIU Sharks.
The game took place at South Commons Complex. This was their first matchup against the Sharks this season.
The Orange’s next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 14 at 5 p.m. at South Commons Complex against Tennessee Tech Golden Eagles.
