On Tuesday, April 8, former Atascadero High School standout Anthony Cannavino’s current college team, the Newman Jets, lost 14-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Wichita State Shockers.
The game took place at Eck Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Shockers this season.
The Jets’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 11 at 3 p.m. at Bearcat Baseball Field against Northwest Missouri State Bearcats.
