On Sunday, Feb. 23, former Arroyo Grande High School standout Ryan Tayman’s current college team, the California Golden Bears, lost 7-4 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Houston Cougars.

The game took place at Evans Diamond at Stu Gordon Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Cougars this season.

The Golden Bears’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 26 at 6 p.m. at Evans Diamond at Stu Gordon Stadium against Cal State Bakersfield Roadrunners.
